Jodi and Jeremy Ward stopped by today. While Jeremy went to the football game, Jodi and I watched Summer Rental. It was nice to have company while I rested today. My grandmother sent a care package today. Nothing makes you feel as good as a package full of love from your grandmother! It made me think of my college days when she would send me cookies.
I am so grateful for all the flowers, cards, meals, and people willing to help in other ways. It is very frustrating to know that I can't lift Ted. He wants me to pick him up, but I can't :(
I will be very happy to be able to return to school and see the students and my coworkers. It is easy to take the simple things in life for granted. I am blessed to have a job that I love, a wonderful family, and many friends who care!
